Our Products

Sumex Auto Tech manufactures UJ Crosses and a structured range of driveline sub-components used across medium and heavy commercial vehicle platforms, trailers, and off-highway equipment. All components are manufactured per customer drawing or established dimensional standards, with in-process inspection and batch traceability maintained throughout production.

Core torque transmission component in propeller shaft assemblies. Manufactured with controlled trunnion geometry, induction-hardened bearing surfaces, and ground finish to bearing seat tolerance.

  • Inner Lock Type — cross retained within yoke using internal circlip groove
  • Outer Lock Type — cross retained using external snap ring on bearing cup OD
  • Patti Type (Wing Bearing) — cross retained using bearing plate / strap bolt arrangement for heavy-duty applications
  • Greaseable variants — Zerk / grease nipple fitted for field lubrication
  • Maintenance-free / lubed-for-life variants — sealed and permanently lubricated for reduced service intervals

Dynamically balanced sub-components used in propeller shaft assemblies across driveline configurations. Dynamic balancing performed where application speed and torque requirements dictate.

  • Flanges — companion and weld-on types; bolt circle, pilot diameter, and face runout controlled
  • Flange Holders / Serrated Flange Holders — with controlled internal geometry for interference or spline engagement
  • Slip Yokes — splined bore (hobbed / broached), ground OD for seal compatibility
  • Tube Yokes — weld-prepared or machined tube interface with controlled ear geometry
  • Slip Stub Shafts — spline profile and OD concentricity maintained
  • Mid Shafts / Through Shafts — length, diameter, and runout per specification
  • Pivot Pins — case-hardened, ground OD, per OEM dimensional specification
  • Hubs — machined from SG iron or carbon steel per drawing
  • Tipping Links — structural machined components for tipper and crane applications
  • Differential Components — machined parts per drawing
  • Hydraulic Components — machined housings and bodies per specification
  • Spring Saddles / Trunnions — for multi-axle trailer suspension systems
  • Axle Nuts — precision-threaded, hardness-controlled per torque application
